Booking conditions 2009

The painting holidays are being run in June and September.
A seven day holiday starts from £595 per person or £475 for non-participating partners.
All holidays include the following:
- 7 nights accommodation at villa
- 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches and 5 evening meals (including 1/2 litre of wine per person)
- travel to and from Nimes airport or Nimes/Avignon train stations
- painting instruction during 5 excursions
- travel to and from painting locations
- use of easels and stools
- bed linen and towels
Not included:
- travel to and from the UK
- personal expenses
- travel insurance
- paints,paintbrushes and canvasses
- single occupancy supplement of £70 (subject to availability)
Payment
We ask for £100 booking deposit to accompany the booking form. The balance is then payable 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
(In this case for 2009 holidays: 18th April 2009 and 1st August 2009 for the two respective painting holidays)
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us in writing. If you cancel before 18th April and 1st August for the respective holidays, you will be charged the deposit that you have already paid. Any cancellations later than these dates are payable in full.
